Erik Speyer is a plein air painter in both oils  and watercolors.  His paintings include landscapes, marine subjects, figurative works and still lifes.

Best known for his Everglades scenes and Miami River working ships, he also spends time  painting in other favorite areas, such as Taos, Mystic Seaport, southern France, Maine and Alaska.
